Dear visitors, please follow the rules and guidelines in our visitor regulations so that your stay becomes a positive experience for both you and the animals of the zoo.
 | We´re particularly welcoming your children having the exciting experience visiting our zoo. Just make sure children under 14 are never unattended during this visit. |
| With our special feeding-pellets you can feed only the animals in the petting zoo and the alpacas. You can buy these pellets at the entrance of our zoo. All other animals are individually fed with controlled food by our keepers. Uncontrolled feeding causes health problems to our animals. |
| Keep the necessary respectful distance to the animals, please don´t climb across any fence. |
| Enjoy our silent environment! Any noise is disturbing our animals! |
| We welcome you with your dog! Please keep your dog on short leash at every time. |
| Use the dustbins for your waste helping to keep our zoo clean. |
| Private filming is welcome. For commercial use contact please our head office. |
| Please follow the instructions of our personnel. In case of disregard of the regulations our personnel may expel you from the zoo. |
