Entrance fees

Day tickets, family tickets and vouchers for day tickets or annual passes can be purchased conveniently, securely and easily from the Salzburg Zoo online ticket shop.

Important note: All other tickets (senior citizens, groups, etc.) and reduced rate for day tickets (guest cards, discount vouchers, etc.) are only available at both zoo entrances!

By purchasing an admission ticket, you accept the current visitor regulations of Salzburg Zoo.

Animal food

There is a feed dispenser in the walk-in budgie aviary. For € 0.50 you can purchase grain feed, which is suitable for budgies. With a little luck, the little parrots will even land on your hand in anticipation of a small ‘snack’. During the summer months, water turtles and carp can also be fed with special food from the dispenser in front of the enclosure.

Wheel chair

It is possible to borrow a wheelchair from us. For an easier processing, please make follow these steps: 

• Reservations must be made by telephone and can be placed during office hours (Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm) on ✆ +43 662 82 01 76-11.
• Wheelchairs can only be picked up and returned at the Info Point at the main entrance (near the administration building), during opening hours of our ticket office.
• It is necessary to deposit an identity card during the use of our wheelchair. After dropping off the wheelchair you will get your card back.
• An accompanying person marked with a ‘B’ on their ID card receives free admission. If nothing is noted on the ID card, the accompanying person can enter Salzburg Zoo for € 12.50.

Cash and card payments are accepted at our zoo ticket offices at both entrances. We accept all major debit/ATM cards (e.g. Maestro) and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa).
