Zoo annual pass

The electronic annual pass is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, is personalised and therefore non-transferable. The annual pass is available at the zoo ticket office. In order to issue the pass, a photo of the person (which is taken on site), the address and date of birth are required.

Detailed information

Validity: The zoo annual pass is valid for a period of 365 days from the date of issue and entitles the owner to admission to Salzburg Zoo during opening hours.

Transferability and exchange: The zoo annual pass is personalised and non-transferable. It cannot be returned or exchanged.

Don't forget: We kindly ask for your understanding that admission to the zoo is only possible with a valid annual pass or a day ticket.

Internal checks: Our staff are entitled to ask the holder of the zoo annual pass to present photo ID.

Loss: The loss of the annual pass can be reported to Salzburg Zoo. Upon proof of identity, the lost annual pass will be blocked. After payment of a processing fee of € 4.00 and the chip card fee, a replacement card will be issued once.

Misuse: Any misuse of the zoo annual pass, including passing it on to third parties, will result in the annual pass being confiscated without replacement.

Data protection: By purchasing the zoo annual pass, the cardholder agrees to the registration of personal data and photographic recording for control purposes and to prevent misuse of the card. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

Visitor regulations: By purchasing an annual zoo pass, you accept the applicable visitor regulations and the general terms and conditions.
