Changed opening hours at the side entrance (Ibex Entrance)

From Monday to Friday, the ticket office at the side entrance is open from 10.30am to 4.00pm and on weekends (and public holidays) only days with nice weather from 9.00am to 4.30pm. Our main ticket office is open all day (during regular opening hours).

Main entrance

The main entrance is located near the bus stop, centrally located with a view of Hellbrunn Mountain.

Entrance Ibex/ Side entrance

The entrance Ibex (= side entrance ) is located directly in front of the Alpine ibex enclosure on the left side of Hellbrunn Mountain.

Car parking nearby

Free parking (for cars only!) directly in front of the main entrance and in front of entrance Ibex

Connection to Hellbrunn stroll

The walkway to the palace gardens, which is ideal for a stroll all year round, is located at entrance Ibex. This entrance/exit gate is locked outside zoo opening hours!
